Project2Pixel provides digital solutions including but not limited to:

• Workflow and administrative systems
• Website and digital infrastructure development
• AI and automation support
• Branding and content systems

3. Scope of Work

Each project will be clearly defined before work begins. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final deliverables will be provided after full payment is received
• Custom packages (Scale Systems) are quoted individually

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, information, and approvals on time
• Communicate clearly and respond within reasonable timeframes

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included depending on the package. Excessive revisions may incur additional charges.

7. Timelines

Project timelines depend on client responsiveness. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All final deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. Project2Pixel reserves the right to showcase work in its portfolio.

9. Limitation of Liability

Project2Pixel is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project. Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
