Her transition into technology was catalysed through her appointment as a Microsoft Elevate Her Ambassador. The programme exposed her to structured conversations around AI readiness, digital inclusion and responsible technology adoption across diverse communities.

Through this experience, she recognised a critical gap. Awareness alone was not enough. Emerging markets needed structured capability, implementation frameworks and governance alignment to ensure AI adoption translated into measurable impact.

This realisation led to deeper technical immersion, including full stack development training, strengthening her understanding of system architecture, integration workflows and scalable digital infrastructure.
